Listing your workshops is as easy as A B C

1. Click "List Your Workshop" at the bottom of the page after agreeing to the terms and conditions.
2. Load your details onto the page that appears.
3. Please do not include "contact details" in any listing as these will be removed. Holistic Workshops act as an intermediary and will convey all necessary details of customers to a workshop organiser. All relevant details of an organiser are conveyed to a customer who has created a booking.
   "Contact Details" are web site addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers.
4. Editing your workshop;
   You must be logged in to edit.
   On the top right of any page click "workshops". Choose the workshop listing you wish to edit. NB: Dates and prices cannot be edited.

Your workshop information will now be available for viewing on Holistic Workshops. A customised name tag and receipt will be automatically sent to any participant who books into your workshop. Simultaneously their details will also be sent to you automatically via email. Enjoy your workshop !!

Free	This package is Free and allows for any number of Listings which are categorised as being:- * free of charge or under $25 * Introduction Evenings for other workshops * Ongoing, regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly gatherings. (These listings will appear in the Free/Ongoing Listings section)
Introductory	1 workshop listing only.
Bronze	5 workshop listings per year.
Silver	Unlimited workshop listings per year.
Gold	Unlimited workshop listings per year + unlimited product advertisements per year.
Platinum	Unlimited workshop listings per year + unlimited product advertisements per year + Practitioner Web standard membership.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.While Holistic Workshops does not charge facilitators to promote their workshops, we will be charging an annual joining fee (commencing soon) and a commission of 25% on each booking made through the Holistic Workshops website. 
Of the 25% commission, 10% is passed on to attendees as a discount for booking via our website, and the other 15% goes to Holistic Workshops. 
This 15% is paid to Holistic Workshops by attendees as a deposit at the time of making the booking.
The balance due to the workshop facilitator by the attendee on the day of the workshop will be 75% of the total.
Any discounts offered to attendees by Holistic workshops is provided from the 25% deposit paid to Holistic Workshops for each booking.

2. In the event of a cancellation of a workshop that has been promoted by Holistic Workshops the facilitator will be liable for a $10 admin fee for each attendee who has paid a deposit with Holistic Workshops. All attendees who have paid a deposit for the cancelled workshop will be refunded the full deposit amount.

3. Holistic Workshops is in no way liable for the content, quality, suitability or safety of any of the workshops it is promoting. The facilitator agrees to assume all legal, moral and ethical responsibility for workshops listed via Holistic Workshops and for the attendees of these workshops. Any legal claim, injury or death, arising from the running of a workshop listed via Holistic Workshops is the sole responsibility of the facilitator of that workshop.

4.The standard commission rate will be charged for each attendee, however for large ticket price workshops this is negotiable.
